Common questions

My briefing stopped part way through

Press back and play again — the audio is already on your phone and will resume. If it keeps happening on one briefing, tell us which topic and roughly when.

How do I cancel?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us: Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or from Profile in the app. Cancelling stops the renewal and you keep Premium until the period you paid for ends.

I paid and the app still says free

Open Profile and tap Restore purchases. Your subscription belongs to your Rundown account, so it follows you to a new phone once you sign in.

What does a free account get?

Every daily topic — none are locked. Ninety minutes of listening a month, three custom briefings, and your three most recent briefings to replay.

Delete my account

Profile → Delete account. It removes everything and cannot be undone. Cancel any subscription separately in the App Store first.

Tell us the language and country you are using, the topic, and roughly when it happened — briefings are made fresh each day, so the time is what lets us find it.
